As a 4th generation real estate developer, 2nd generation hotelier, and Cornell Hotel School graduate, Tony has a deep understanding of full-cycle, luxury residential and mixed-use development, marketing and amplifying price and pace of sales through proven strategies in customer engagement and experience management, generating over $7 billion in sales to-date.

Tony leads with integrity to create exceptional environments and customer experiences for superior financial results, even in adverse market conditions. Most notably, Tony served as Executive Vice President of MGM Resorts International’s start-up Residential Division for CityCenter, the largest privately funded mixed-use development in the United States. From inception in 2005 to completion in 2015, he was responsible for overseeing residential and non-gaming hotel design and development, marketing, sales and operations of more than 2,500 luxury branded and serviced condominium residences and 1,900 hotel rooms. He also served as the asset manager of the Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas, the only Forbes triple five-star and #1 TripAdvisor property in Las Vegas, as well as HOA president for CityCenter’s three condominium associations.
Since winding up CityCenter and until June 2021, Tony had been advising prominent residential, integrated resort and mixed-use developers across North and Central America. In June, upon joining Contour Real Estate as Principal and Executive Vice President, Tony structured a $1.5B senior housing development platform with Welltower (NYSE: WELL) and is responsible for the company’s luxury mixed-use and resort developments including the $550M Dream Las Vegas project. Prior to joining MGM Resorts, Tony played an instrumental role in regional development, marketing and sales for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts’ Residence Clubs, as well as Vice President of Development for Minto Group, where he successfully aided transforming Minto into Canada’s leading purveyor of high-end properties such as The Prince Arthur Mansions, Minto Yorkville and Minto Furnished Suites.
