About this project

Residence Club International, LLC and affiliates will develop two paired villa enclaves with a total of seventy-six (76) well-appointed townhomes within the Heritage Harbor Resort in Bradenton, Florida. The properties have been designed and will be developed for whole ownership investments, and as part of the ResClubs Membership Program. Specifically, for the properties that will be part of the ResClubs Membership Program, additional revenue will be generated through short term rentals via a large international property management company as well as various revenue streams tangential to the Membership Program.

Heritage Harbour Club and Resort is a full-service boutique resort property that offers Championship Golf, Bass fishing excursions and Deep Salt Water fishing excursions in the Gulf of Mexico

This full-service resort property is positioned inland along the I-75 corridor on the south side of the Manatee River. Its’ main feature is an Arthur Hills designed championship 18-hole golf course that opened in 2001 and is slated for renovation in summer of 2022. Other features of the newly developed resort complex will be large resort style pool with Bahama bar, cabana’s, beach volleyball, table tennis, and outdoor cornhole. Boutique spa services designed to unwind you and promote wellness. Onsite options for indoor and outdoor casual dining experiences. If it’s fishing you like we’ve got you covered with great largemouth bass fishing in the Manatee River or take a deep-sea fishing excursion in the Gulf of Mexico to catch Grouper, Red Snapper, or Tarpon. The Florida waters always offer amazing depth of color in waterways that soothes the soul.

The ResClubs Villas consists of two paired villa enclaves when combined total seventy-six (76) well-appointed units. Features include each unit size equals 1,500 sq/ft of open concept space, 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, full kitchens, spacious great room, full laundry, and 2 car garages. Each villa has access to all amenities offered by the Heritage Harbour Club and Resort.
